ABOUT ME
Hello! I'm Philip Li, a philosophy graduate student at the University of Southern California. Before that, I finished my BA in philosophy from New York University.
My main areas of interests are normative ethics, epistemology, and decision theory. I am also interested in some topics in applied ethics and political philosophy, and have a growing research interest in Chinese Philosophy. I have a strong teaching interest in Chinese philosophy, particularly how to incorporate it into an analytic philosophy curriculum.Â
Beyond philosophy, time and COVID have simplified my life into three obsessions: history (Medieval European), food & cooking (Italian & Japanese), and third-wave coffee (mostly pourover, Kenya and Panama beans are my current favorite).
My email is changlil[at]usc[dot]edu.
